Pre-orders + commissions take approximately 3 weeks - please see individual listing for details.

All orders are sent via a tracked 48 Royal Mail service.
Delivery estimate 2-3 days after dispatch.

Returns
I hope you love your piece of Artectura design but in the case that it may not be quite right, you have 14 days to return for a full refund.
- Please get in touch & let me know that you are returning your item.
- Items should be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Please use a tracked service to ensure it is insured & reaches me safely.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of safe return.
- For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept the return of earrings.
- Commissions are also not eligable for a refund.
