Ready made items are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days.
This may be longer during busy sale periods.
Pre-orders + commissions take approximately 3 weeks - please see individual listing for details.

All orders are now sent via a tracked Royal Mail service.

Returns
I hope you love your piece of Artectura design but in the case that it may not be quite right, you have 14 days to return for a full refund.
- Please get in touch + let me know that you are returning your item!
- Items should be in original packaging and in sellable condition.
- Please use a tracked or 'signed for' service to ensure it is insured + reaches me safely.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of safe return.
- For hygiene reasons, I cannot accept the return of earrings.
- Commissions are also not eligable for a refund.
